POWER OF YOUTH SHOW 26.11.2025 SILJA SERENADE

 At first glance, Intelligence Hunt is all about industry challenges, strategic thinking, and high-level business pitches on a show. But beneath the surface, it's also a journey of laughter, unexpected friendships, perhaps for life time, and shared ‘Aha!’ moments - things to talk about years after. It is the power of people working together across the generations. 

We bring on stage international corporate directors to discuss serious and exciting topics with the top talents of today. Candidate talents to the panels will be chosen carefully. The selection process will be announced in June. Only enrolling as a participant to the event you have a chance to be chosen. Interviews will be held to the final panelists.

The next show will be planned so, that there is time for organised networking and match making. We start looking for companies and entities joining with stands to the event soon.

Last time we had over 100 students from tens of nationalities onboard. Why not meet them face to face for the potential recruitment process for next summer jobs or for thesis?

Power of Youth April 2025 had a pleasure of visiting two major companies, ABB and Aker Arctic Technology as well organised excursions. Where next? Companies of excursions will be announced in August. Only those registering as participant of the event, may get a seat.

After each Intelligence Hunt show we will evaluate the best performers and match them to the projects we have in our pipeline. 

We plan them a training programme and create multinational, multicultural and multitalent power groups to meet any companies' challenges, we will be assigned for.

Since 2007 we have organised events and excursions where nobody is left without a "wow" effect. It is not only about the venues but more of the people and sharing the experiences. What counts is the feeling of belonging.
