1. DEADLINES

All teams must have signed a contract with SeaFocus and teams finalised
March 10th 5 pm EET
Submission of materials for jury evaluation to select 5 finalists. Please send the materials to via email to Heli, heli.koukkula@seafocus.international if the file/files are big, please use "WeTransfer".
March 20th
The finalists will be informed by email of their success or discontinuation in the project
By March 21st
The Finalist teams must send their photos for public promotion. All candidates may do this already before if they like, but only finalists will be promoted in the social media.
March 24th-April 4th
SeaFocus Management will have sparring sessions with all finalist teams.
April 8th
The winner will be announced in the event at World Trade Centre Turku
April 23rd
The winner will present on stage on board Tallink Silja Symphony the solution and will get the final award and recognition

3. EARLY STAGE FOCUS IN WORKING
We expect your solution or proposal to present:
- ideas to improve productivity
- ideas to improve
- environmental issues
- marketing plan
- what, who, where and especially why?
- due considerations to cost and finances
The jury will also evaluate your pitching skills, i.e the video, so make sure the presentation is well prepared.
We will develop a jury criteria template and communicate the point giving system in advance to all teams

4. VISIBILITY FOR THE FINALISTS
VISIBILITY
All finalists will get international recognition by our wide social media coverage and visibility on our webpages before, during and after the show.
All finalists will be interviewed and we will write an article about each finalist and their story, vision and mission.
Our judges, members of the Evaluation Committee, from both industry and academia will evaluate the innovative solutions and provide valuable feedback and insights.
POWER OF YOUTH 23.4. HELSINKI
The winning student/student team will be invited to "the Power of Youth" show and programme and will be awarded during the show.
All finalists will get a free seat in the Power of Youth programme as audience.
