#IHCup2021TransportLogistic - student and company competition
We received 80 applications from 23 different European universities.
The selection process was very tough and we are sad we could not have everyone this time.
The competition gives you enormous possibilities for the students to showcase their skills and interests to the case company, and in the semifinals and the finals even wider to the other companies and international audience.
The teams were formed and informed today. We have nine excellent international teams working on nine different case assignments.
One of the case companies at the #IHCup2021TransportLogistic student and company competition is Kuehne+Nagel.
Their case assignment is "Supply Chain Management and Digital Collaboration of Tomorrow.
With approximately 78,000 employees at some 1,400 locations in over 100 countries Kuehne+Nagel´s strong market position lies in the Sea Logistics, Air Logistics, Contract logistics and Road Logistics businesses. With a clear focus on high value-added segments such as IT-based integrated logistics solutions.
Today we officially launched the partnership with Ahola Transport.
The company employs more than 700 people and they have facilities in Finland (headquarter), Sweden, Estonia and Poland. The annual turnover is approximately MEUR 100.
