ULLA KEINO, CEO, SEAFOCUS
Ulla Keino´s over 30 years of experience of shipping started with Metsä Group in 1986, following a career of 8 years in the Stora Enso Group (former Enso Plc). During these years she was responsible of mainly short sea shipping and especially of internal waterway shipments of forest products, paper, paperboard, timber and pulp. She was an important customer for the German, Finnish and Russian shipowners and shipbrokers. She has held important positions in the several Finnish industries and governmental initiated projects related to forest industry logistics and governmental maritime infrastructure and development projects.
Dr. SEBASTIAN JÜRGENS, CEO, LÜBECKER HAFEN-GESELLSCHAFT
Sebastian Jürgens is responsible for Sales & Marketing and Operations at LHG since January 2014. Previously Dr. Jürgens was Honorary Professor of Logistics at the Technical Unversity of Berlin. Prior to that, from 2009, he was a member of Executive Board of Hamburg Hafen Logistik AG (HHLA) responsible for the Logistics and Intermodal Divisions. Dr. Jürgens was able to draw on his experience at Deutsche Bahn, where he was a member of the Divisional Board and member of the Executive Board in charge of the Intermodal Division.
He finished his legal studies as Assessor.
TAPANI VOIONMAA, CHAIRMAN, THE FINNISH SHIPOWNERS´ ASSOCIATION
Tapani Voionmaa works as a Group General Counsel at the Finnlines Plc. He is also the Secretary to the Board of Directors since 2009 and a Member of the Executive Committee since 2013. Mr. Voionmaa graduated from the University of Helsinki with the degrees of Master Mariner in 1977 and LL.M. in 1984. He has Post Graduate Diplomas from King’s College, London, 1998 and 2001. Prior to that he worked as a Lawyer and Assistant Lawyer to several companies, for example, Neptun Maritime Oy, SCP Villeneau-Rohart-Simon, Paris and S.A. Louis Dreyfus, Paris, Assistant Lawyer.

Matteo Natali started his career in the Project Management team of Wärtsilä Ship Design in Norway. After three years, he moved back to Trieste and joined Wärtsilä Engines Technical Sales department, where he was responsible first for gas carriers and then for ferries. Mr. Matteo recently moved to the Wärtsilä Marine Solutions Digital, where he was given the challenge of leading the incubation of new digital businesses. This means scouting the market for new opportunities, exploring emerging technology, executing strategic partnerships, turning high level concepts into saleable solutions and growing them into new revenue streams.

MARKKU MYLLY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, EMSA
Markku Mylly has a long experience in the maritime sector since 1973. He was sailing in Finnish merchants ships until 1987, when he joined Finnish Maritime Administration. He worked in FMA until 2010 and he was the 10th and last Director General of FMA. In 2010 he moved to Finnish Port Association and worked there as a CEO until joined EMSA in 2012 September.

Throughout his professional career, Thomas Doepel has always worked within the shipping industry, both onboard vessels in several deck officer positions and later on in different management positions in the offices. In addition to his current position, he is also a member of the Executive Committee at Finnlines.

Markku Kajosaari has a M.Sc, Naval Architecture degree from Helsinki University of Technology in 1983. Since 1984 he was employed by Wärtsilä shipyards and later on by their successors STX Finland, Aker Finnyards Inc., Kvaerner Masa-Yards Inc and Wärtsilä Marine Inc., and held various position over the time in the field of ship design, ship project management, research and development and sales and marketing. In 2011 he joined Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Oy. Mr. Kajosaari is responsible for sales activities, new building contract preparations and contacts with ship owners and operators, as well as for coordinating the development of new ship concepts.

Christian Damsgaard is working as a Senior Naval Architect, Head of Naval Architecture at the Knud E. Hansen A/S in Denmark. He has an extensive experience with ‘tailor‐made’ designs for various ship types and worldwide customers and also long and thorough experience with hull optimisation and other means to improve ships efficiency. He is specialised in: Project management, General ship design, from concept to basic design, Specifications, Feasibility studies, Lines, Stability calculations, Weight surveys and inclining experiments
Mr Damsgaard is a Member of the Danish Engineering Association.
Panelist: POUL WOODALL, DIRECTOR, ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY, DFDS A/S
Poul Woodall has over 40 years of experience within the maritime and transport industry. The first 36 years were spent with A.P.Moller-Maersk in various positions, mainly within the container and Ro/Ro segments. His career includes 17 years overseas experience with postings in Asia, The Middle East and Europe. Since 2010, Mr Woodall has been with DFDS A/S in Copenhagen and in June 2013 he was appointed Director for Environment and Sustainability for the DFDS Group.

Phillip Tipping has a 10 year career in the army as an electrical mechanical engineer. After leaving the army, he moved to Sweden and, from humble beginnings, he demonstrated to subsequent employers that there was no new skill that he could not pick up through focus, diligence and an organised methodology. Through roles as Control Systems manager, Business development in China, and Director - Customer Innovation, Mr Tipping has developed a skill-set which has proven to meet and overcome many of the challenges provided by the industry.
MARGUS SCHULTS, CEO, TALLINK SILJA
Margus Schults has worked for AS Tallink Grupp since 2008. First he served as Head of Investor Relations and Organisational Development. From autumn 2009 he was appointed as CEO of Tallink Silja Oy. Before starting for AS Tallink Grupp he served in business development, strategy and human resource management positions in SEB in Tallinn, Riga and Stockholm for 14 years.

Throughout her professional career Krista Orvomaa has worked in various sales orientated positions. While completing her Master’s Degree in Arts, Majoring in English Philology and Minoring in Marketing and Asia-Pacific Studies, she began her career in the travel trade industry working for a Norwegian Shipping company and has remained in the passenger services field for 9 year. In her current position at Finnlines, Mrs Orvomaa manages sales teams in Finland, Sweden, Germany and the Baltic region with customers off and online around the world.

Prior to this appointment Ville Haapasaari has worked at Finavia as the SVP, Helsinki Airport Director 2012-2018. Previously he worked in various responsibilities at Finnlines, main emphasis being on the head of business positions and sales management. His main competences are business management, logistics know-how, managing development projects and working in customer interface both in b-b and b-c business environment.

Based on her extensive international network and experience, she has been entrusted with major roles in varied maritime-related activities, and speaks at leading maritime events.

Håkan Fagerström is a results driven Executive with experience in leading a Stevedores Company, Marine Operations, Cargo Operations, Cargo Sales & Marketing. Starting 1.5.2017 he was appointed as a Group Head of Cargo of Tallink Grupp. He graduated from Maritime University in Turku (Captain, Maritime) in 2000 and continued his studies at Aalto University 2011 from where he graduated as EMBA in 2013. At this moment Håkan is a DBA 2017 candidate at Aalto University aiming for a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration.

Jörg Ullrich has worked at the European Cargo Logistics GmbH, Lübeck since March 2009 and as a Managing Director since January 2010.
His main activities in the company has been: Transport and logistics for forest products by road and rail, Intermodal services, General road, rail and sea forwarding and Green logistics Before joining the ECL Mr Ullrich worked as a Director of Marketing and Sales at Lübecker Hafen-Gesellschaft mbH, Lübeck October 1998 - February 2009. He started as an Assistant to the Managing Director. During the privatisation process of part of the company he was a Member of the Steering Group.

Staffan Herlin has a long experience in shipping business. Since his Master’s (Econ) degree in 1983 he has been faithful to the leading Finnish shipping company, Finnlines Plc and has held several positions within customer service, operations, profit units, sales and marketing, since 1995 on management level. In the late eighties, he represented the company in one of it’s agencies in Lübeck for almost four years. On top of his daily duties within Finnlines, Mr. Herlin also holds different positions in several commercial and institutional boards and committees.

Konstantin Skovoroda works as Russian Transport Lines (RTL) Board member and Managing Director responsible for Automotive Logistics.
Mr. Skovoroda graduated from Moscow State Law Academy and started his career as Lawyer. He started his activity in Logistics in 2001 and worked as CEO and Managing director in several companies.
He was responsible for many new logistics projects in Russian Federation including specialized Ro Ro Sea Terminal building and finished vehicles line organization.
