We have had winner case companies who spent total 8 hours in 3.5 months, including participation to the finals of 6 hours. Some other companies have had a meeting every 2nd week with a special interest to recruit the team members. This is totally up to a company! The better you will write the assignment text, the less your time is needed, unless you want!

The case company owns the rights in case the solution is a new innovation. Sometimes the talents find an existing solution which is on the market, and matches the case company’s needs, in which case naturally the IPR belongs to the owner of the solution.
SeaFocus will find the talents who they consider most suitable for each case. SeaFocus approaches around 800 university contacts all over the Europe and will manage the application and evaluation process. The sooner the heading and description of the case is known the more matching students are found. SeaFocus has got understanding of the Case Companies’ businesses, so even without a heading the team of talents will be most matching to each company needs.

The finals is organised as a physical event if possible. Absence of the finals as a talent is not considered as a negative KPI, if no financial or other matters prohibit the participation. The main presentation for the finals is submitted as a video to secure the quality of the presentation, and to avoid online connection problems. The finals is livestreamed and the presentations are found afterwards in the Intelligence Hunt youtube channel.

No, our mission is to act as a bridge to find suitable jobs for talents, a “bridge without a road toll fee”.
The students/talents can be from universities of applied sciences, from universities all over the Europe and some even from Asia or USA. We do not limit the participation based on from which university the students come from, quite the contrary. We also support the idea of mixing the skills by welcoming student from different faculty backgrounds to same teams.
We welcome any kind of businesses with interest to find talents. The criteria is that the case assignment must have a link to international trade.
