Our World in 2023 looks very much different than in 2019. In just four years´ time we have had to adapt new working and communication methods and to find solutions to prevent the climate change. Furthermore, we have come to realise, that very soon we are not able to perform or deliver, as there is not enough workforce available. We are running against time in all these areas. At the same time, we need to evaluate the best options for future energy sources and for technological investments to discover sustainable supply chain solutions. The organizational planning and personnel strategy forming is difficult due to a lack of resources and uncertainty in continuation.
In the morning session of the Conference these issues will be tackled from different angles with tens of experts in very dynamic and well moderated panels.

We face challenges in understanding where to organise production or set up our new production site. We need to keep in mind how we are able to plan the future deliveries cost efficiently and with reasonable budgeting. We also need to think not only the tomorrow but years ahead, and still things are changing even in a day, and our scenarios maybe ruined.
Markets around us are full of suppliers “one better than the other”, and yet, to trust any of them we need to have enormous organisations for screening and approving them as new vendors. At the same time, there are situations when there are no more than 1-2 vendors for some products or raw materials. How do we manage to stay independent and ensure continuity?
In the afternoon session of the Conference we will elaborate all these issues in three panel discussions, and hear the industry experts’ visions and advice how to manage and succeed in the future.
