CHRISTIAN RAMBERG, MANAGING DIRECTOR, PORT OF TURKU
Christian Ramberg has 30 years of working experience within the Finnish transport and logistics industry. He is a member of and involved in several business and logistic organisations in Finland such as the Finnish Port Association, Turku Chamber of Commerce, World Trade Center Turku, Turku University Centre of Maritime Studies. Mr Ramberg is also a member in maritime related projects such as ESPO Intermodal, Logistics & Industry Committee and Scandinavian-Mediterranean Core Network Corridor Forum. Mr Ramberg has been the Managing Director at the Port of Turku since 2000.
MARKKU MYLLY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, EMSA
Markku Mylly has a long experience in the maritime sector since 1973. He was sailing in Finnish merchants ships until 1987, when he joined Finnish Maritime Administration. He worked in FMA until 2010 and he was the 10th and last Director General of FMA. In 2010 he moved to Finnish Port Association and worked there as a CEO until joined EMSA in 2012 September.

Mats Johansson has extensive competency in shipping, be it road, sea or railway transportations or a combination of them. His career started in the 90's at Railship from where he continued to Finncarriers during this time he was also located both in Moscow and in London. Mr Johansson has experience in both operations, marketing and sales as well as managerial and executive duties. Besides Railship and Finncarriers his employers include Railtrans, Containerships and TransAtlantic.
ULLA KEINO, CEO, SEAFOCUS
Ulla Keino´s over 30 years of experience of shipping started with Metsä Group in 1986, following a career of 8 years in the Stora Enso Group (former Enso Plc). During these years she was responsible of mainly short sea shipping and especially of internal waterway shipments of forest products, paper, paperboard, timber and pulp. She was an important customer for the German, Finnish and Russian shipowners and shipbrokers. She has held important positions in the several Finnish industries and governmental initiated projects related to forest industry logistics and governmental maritime infrastructure and development projects.

Ole Vidar Nilsen has worked for 15 years in DNV GL. The last 7 years in various roles with Maritime Business Development. Previously work experience Mr Nielsen has from Bureau Veritas in France, Sweden, and Poland; offshore supply in the US, and maritime consultancy, UK. Naval architect from NTNU and MBA from UCLA.

Ulla Tapaninen, Adjunct Professor PhD, has over 25 years’ experience in logistics and maritime transport research and development work. She received her PhD in 1997 in logistics modelling. She has worked for ten years as a development manager and environmental manager in a large Finnish RoRo-shipping company Finnlines Plc. Between 2006 – 2012 she worked as a professor of maritime logistics in the University of Turku specialising in maritime and port operations as well as maritime safety.

Janne Kaskinen has 10+ years of experience from international maritime and ports industry. He is heading strategic development of ABB Global Port Service business focusing on innovative and advanced solutions which enable enhanced customer experience and improved performance. He has been responsible for global service strategy, sales, business management and R&D. Currently he is also leading the implementation of ABB’s IoTSP strategy in Ports business. Prior to joining ABB he worked several years for Cargotec and MacGregor.

Mrs von Weissenberg frequently represents domestic and international clients before courts and arbitral tribunals in matters falling under her speciality – inter alia from shipbuilding disputes to collisions, cargo claims, contractual disputes within logistics and trade. She heads the Shipping, Transport and Insurance practise of Attorneys at law Borenius Ltd. She has been a Partner at Borenius Attorneys Ltd since 2012. She has worked in the shipping industry with legal matters since 1994.

Stefan Van Doorslaer has a university background in engineering and business administration, as well as the MBA. He spent his career in the sphere of logistics, and being Belgian living in the logistic center of Europe did not stop him from working in Italy, Spain and Russia. Today he successfully combines the function of a General Director Ahlers CIS & The Baltic States with the position of a Chairman of the Executive Committee of St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA).

Esko Mustamäki graduated from Helsinki University of Technology in 1984 with MSc in Engineering and Shipbuilding and he has held several management level positions within the maritime sector. He was employed by Wärtsilä Marine in 1980 and after that he has been employed by F-G Shipping Inc., Finnlines Plc, Finstaship and SET-Group Ltd. Since April 2011 Mr Mustamäki has worked as Managing Director for Arctech Helsinki Shipyard, a shipyard founded in 2010 that specializes in building icebreakers and other Arctic offshore and special vessels.

Alexander Solovyev has more than 15 years of experience in legal domain. Chairman of the Leningrad regional representation of the all-Russia public organisation Russian Engineering Union. In 2000 Mr Solovyev headed Legal Department of Vyborg Shipyard JSC (VSY). In 2005-2006 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of VSY, alongside in office of General Director of the major shareholder of VSY ZAO AKO BARSS Group (Saint Petersburg). In 2012 Mr Solovyev became First Deputy General Director of Vyborg Shipyard and from June 2012 General Director of Vyborg Shipyard.
